Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  However, due to the nature of electronic delivery and the type of  intellectual property we sell, it is necessary for us to put some reasonable limits on our refund policy.

Therefore, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your purchase price or exchange the item or service you have purchased for another of the same item or service, or for a different item or service.  You will be responsible for paying the difference between your item and any replacement item you select that may be priced higher, plus the difference between the original shipping cost you paid and the higher shipping cost of the replacement item, if any.

After your first refund or exchange for an item or service you have purchased, you may later request an exchange on a subsequent item or service.  This will be an exchange only, not a refund, and after that you will not be permitted to order from us again.
