Site Access &
Ordering
How
do I gain access to the site?
Access to the site is restricted to webmasters and recognized content
buyers. Entry into the site is through our secure login page. Once
there you will be prompted to insert your user name and password.
Should this be your first time on the site you will be prompted to
complete a registration form. Once completed and your information
verified, an e-mail will be sent
to you verifying your user name and password and that access has been
granted to the site.

How do I place an order?
When you see a photoset you like, simply click on the Add to Cart
button and you will be directed to our secure order processing
website. There you will be prompted to either checkout or
continue shopping. |

When will I receive my
order?
All orders are processed immediately on receipt of payment and a
minimum of a fax of the completed license agreement. |

Can I receive my
purchased sets on CD?
Yes, we'd be glad to mail your purchase on CD. A $12.50 shipping &
handling fee for the first set and $3.00 for additional sets is added for orders shipped by CD. As soon as we receive
payment confirmation, and a fax of the license agreement your order is shipped on the next possible
shipment. |

How quickly will I receive my purchase?
Shipping is normally dependant on receipt of a mailed completed
license agreement.
Should you require the photosets to be shipped immediately, a
completed license agreement must be faxed to 1-352-735-4934.
However we must also receive the completed document via post as
stated the license agreement section. |

Will I be billed
again?
No, once you pay for the images, you will never be charged again for
them, unless you wish to add additional domains past the limit of 10
websites. |

No, the photos may have been sharpened to improve quality, but there has been no major
editing done to them.

What do I
get in each set purchased?
All photos sets come with in variety large file sizes from the
original picture stock. We did not want to reduce you options with
our pictures by
reducing
them to a size that may not meet your requirements. You may resize
the pictures to meet your needs. |

License Agreement
What is a
license?
A license is an agreement
between
Touchy Subject Productions and yourself that gives you legal
permission to use the images that you have purchased from us on web
sites that you own and produce. A license does not give you any
copyright or ownership rights of the images. It only gives you the
limited right to use these images on your web site.

When does my
license go into effect?
Upon purchasing a photo set, you may use the photos immediately upon
receiving them. |

What do I need to do with the license agreement?
On completion of an order
you must print out and execute a copy of our License Agreement
and mail it back to us within 10 days of the purchase date. If this
is an issue for you, alternative arrangements can be made. If by the
end of the 10 days we have not received your signed copies of the
License Agreement, your License will be null and void and you will no
longer have rights to use the photo images. Please remember to send 2
copies of the License with a SASE so you can have a copy for your
records.

If you require the
photosets to be shipped immediately, a completed license agreement

How long is my
license agreement valid?
The license agreement is a lifetime license. If you sell a website to
other individuals or companies, they may not continue to use the
images you have licensed. They must contact us to purchase a license
to use the photo images. |

valid for more than one website?
Photos covered under the license may be used on up to 10 domains that
you own. If you require a License for more domains, please contact

No, we will simply add a copy of the order to your existing License
on file, so we will know which set's you have. |
